well buddy, i remember when me and my girlfrend startd dating. i had 2 make sure she definitely liked me b4 I did anything. I was afraid of what might happen. Rejection. But I figured, go for it. Once I knew she liked me I asked her out. We've been dating for 7 months now. If that didn't answer your question and youre talking about kissing and all that, then I had one of my friends find out if she would kiss me. I heard she said yes and I had to be the first to make a move. So yeah, the guy has to make the first move. Otherwise the girl will find you pathetic

That really depends on her personality. Some girls are outgoing and will ask the guy out. Some may just drop a few hints such as eye contacts and hair flippings, but I would advice the guy to make the first move. It's more romantic, traditionally speaking.

it dependds on the girl. if shes shy then she wants the guy to make the first move.... and if she talks to a lot of ppl and isnt shy she might be able to make the first move but most girl want the guy to make the first move because usaully guys do it and it doesnt put a lot of presure on the girls

YES, girls will think the guy doesnt like them if they dont do something and they will move on or be very very hurt.
