The problem of ILLEGAL IMMIGRATION is not being fixed because of Greedy Corporate America. They are running the show in both the Democratic and Republican camps. Apparently, your voice or vote don't matter.
Check out House Bill 1-B that will give blanket amnesty to all of them from everywhere as the "road" to citizenship! This bill is being sponsored by Democrats and sounds just like the one the Republicans were going for right up to last month's elections. That includes any Al-Queada, Mexicans and whoever else is here ILLEGALLY, rather than enforce the immigration laws. Just gives ya the warm and fuzzies doesn't it? So much for We The People. Maybe it's time for a Boston style Tea party! No taxation without representation!
The Sierra Club is behind helping illegal aliens to show greedy Americans how over-population affects the environment and how over population hurts the environment, economy without the benefit of birth control. Sierra Club members are filthy rich environmentalists, hell bent on changing America into a third world country. The ACLU are Communists, taking advantage of our democracy in hopes of turning it into a socialist/communist dictatorship...Do your home work please! Send letters, emails, telephone calls and faxes and overload all of them for the holidays they hate!
These are the same pansies that want to hinder your personal and privacy rights and infringe on your right to observe a religion or not to, smoke or not to smoke, or own property with Imminent Domain laws..Legislate what you eat, drink and are against everything that hinges on the United States Constitution.

STATES do not have any legal jurisidiction over immigration.
Their jurisidiction is limited to only criminal acts. Even then, states cannot do anything to deport them.
