I'm dizzy, and have a touch of a sore throat. I don't have any ear-infection or cold symptoms, but this dizziness has been going on for a few days now. I'm also incredibly tired all the time... I feel like an emotional train wreck, but I'm suspecting this is from being so tired.

O.K......... I know that I give you a lot of phony stupid answers....that's just my dumb way of venting. (Nothing personal) But being real now.
Are you thirsty a lot? Do you feel like sleeping a lot? You said your father died...... were you close to him? The reason I ask this is because if you have all of the above symptoms and they are coupled with frequent urination and a traumatic experience like the loss of a loved one. It could be a sign of on coming Diabetes. If Diabetes runs in your family it even increases the chances of this being the problem. A simple finger stick will give you an indication of whether or not that is what's wrong.

Anytime a person gets dizzy there is a big concern and if it doesn;t go away by today then go to your nearest emergency department. If you are dizzy i would be concerned and i would phone the hospital and at least ask a nurse on duty.If there is no chance that you could be pregnant then i would go and get check out to be sure it isn;t any thing serious.

Your body could actually be making itself sick and tired, because your working or doing something all the time. Stressing yourself out.

You just need to relax, and take it easy for the next few days which if you have to call in at work and rest all day. In 2-3 days you should be feeling much better.

Try folic acid too, I take that and it works like a charm BUT NOT TOO MUCH.

Not enough information! How old are you? What part of the world do you live in? What kind of activities do you participate in? Anything changed in your life lately? Do you smoke? Are you pregnant with a sore throat? I'm not a doctor just a quak! That was my disclaimer.

You need to see an ENT (ear, nose and throat ) doctor. He/she can assess your dizziness. Even though you don't seem to have an ear infection (middle ear), something may be going on in your inner ear that is making you dizzy.

You sound anemic. Eat some beef. Take an iron pill every day.
