Yes, absolutely! So long as you keep it up you should. Another way to speed that process up is to eat a well balanced diet, avoid alcohol and high fat foods. Go easy on the carbs. 100 sit ups per night is really good. Another cool thing you can do in addition to that is to work the obliques into it by aiming your shoulder to the opposite knee... . Yes it will cause i used to have a pooch and with 100 situps after about 3 week i went down about 2 dress sizes.

Don't forget you have to eat right.

yes definitely. For more of a change try increasing the number of situps each night. Mabey by 5-10

You can't spot reduce. However, if your combing it with exercise you should see results within 6 weeks.
