i want to get fatter b-cuz im to skinny .........but with out getting any pimples

Drink ensure with lunch and dinner. Do not substitute it for lunch and dinner, just add it.

welcome to the club...you should try gaining more weight NOT fat:Diet: I would recommend lots of protein, and good carbs.

fish, chicken, turkey, milk, yogurt, baked potatoe, brown
rice, and lots of greens. apples, bananas, blueberries, and
protein skakes for snacks and desserts. Whole eggs are
good too.

An old fashioned weight gain trick was to drink lots
of "whole milk" and peanut butter&banana sandwiches.
on whole wheat bread.

Get that weight gainer crap from wal mart lol its lkike protein and and bunch of vitamins
