Why does it seem like she likes me then ignores me?

I just met this great girl about 2 months ago. We hit it off really good, it seems like she likes hanging out with me. Lately though she has been ignoring me when she's with some friends. When we're alone she acts normal. Whats does this mean

it might mean that yea she does like you but doesn't want other people to know whats going on between you two... your situation is just like mine.. i have these two friends.. guy and girl... and their always hanging out together... when their separate from each other.. they act like they know all of us... meaning all of our friends.. but when their together they totally ignore us and act like if we never existed...

I think that perhaps this girl does like u but she is shy and doesnt want her friends to kno that she likes u in case they tease her or worse tell u that she likes u!

I kno that snds weird but us girls dnt really like every1 2 kno who we hav a crush on and most of the time it is in cse some1 tells the other person, the main reason 4 this is because we are unsure if the person likes us or not.

i think u shud try droppin subtle hints that u liker 2 c how she reacts then u shud b abl 2 tell if she likes u or not.

She might feel embarassed when your around with her and she's with her friends or she doesn't find you attracting anymore or she might of just found another guy but you deserve someone better who won't ignore you and when that right girl comes she'll probably want you back, but word of advice don't go back with her because she probably won't treat you right

maybe its easier for her to act normal around you when its just the two of you. sometimes its hard to talk when all of her friends or your friends are around.
