If your parents have insurance, see if you can go to the emergency room at the hospital. If they can't pull it out for you, they might be able to write you a prescription for a strong painkiller or else give you painkillers at the hospital. I've done that before for a toothache when the dentist office was closed in the middle of the night.

-Also, I agree with the person that said pull it out yourself. I pulled out all my baby teeth, including molars, before I was 10. I'd pick a tooth and start wiggleing it for an hour or two. Eventually it became loose and I could pull it out and get my money from the tooth fairy. I used to do it when I was bored.

some cases you may want to settle for that a teeth is crumbling away and causing such quite some (severe priced) complications that it's going to grow to be now no longer doable. If the muse or the quite teeth re fractured then no quantity of money will be sure the problem. You communicate about tooth splitting it really is unusual and the muse canal may be troubled by tooth splitting. You were and are very fortunate to even discover an NHS dentist which will do a root canal and crown on the NHS. He won't be able to even conceal his time and elements no longer to tutor the lab expenses for the crown to be made. you will pay only below 2 hundred for a crown and the subsequent root filling. yet step decrease back and picture about how previous tooth is or perhaps if interior the longer time period it truly is doable or perhaps if it truly is now nicely well worth the money you'll want so spend. On a private foundation you need to guage a bridge or implant interior the hollow if it has to bypass, Dentist swapping only makes all of it seen extra of a hardship highly at the same time as subject matters upward push up.

welllll.... if your'e sure it's a baby tooth you could (gulp; i hate to say this) try to whip it out. basically, you'd dry off the tooth, make sure there's no saliva on it, grab it with fingers (or possibly use like dish gloves for traction) and pull while twisting. When it comes out, bite down on cotton for 30 min and take 1-2 ibuprofen tablets (motrin, advil etc)

If you can't do that, the ibuprofen is still a good bet. also, buy some Ora-jel or Anbusol to smear around it; this will help w/ the inflammation in the gums. Rinse with warm salt water a few times. soft cold foods either way you go.....

obviously if you can't get it out, see the dentist monday...
good luck!
