Alright, so theres this girl I am contemplating whether I want to go out with her or not. btw I am a guy. One day I was with a group of friends and we are all talking and somehow, she mentions she is not a virgin and has had sex atleast 4 or 5 times. Apperently, I am the only one who did not know this. I am a virgin, I just started my freshman year and my gf just left me right at the point where we were getting ready to have sex for an older guy. The girl I want to go out with is a Junior. At first it bothered me but now it does not. I am just wondering other people opinions on what they would do.

If the whole part about her not being a virgin bothers you because you still are than take the time to get to know her and see if you really do like her as much as you think... Do lose your virginity over dumb stuff... and because everyone is doing it, you should do it when someone really means something to you... and The girl you like should respect you... i know i would...

Sex is glue. It feels good, but for the most part its misrepresented in relationships and instead of making you happier it just makes things more complicated. Not one of my unmarried friends is both having an active sex life AND living an uncomplicated life. I have no sex and I got no worries. In fact, I'm one of the few people I know that are free and clear of a lot of problems because we chose to wait. You make the call, but I'd say its a blessing having her leave ya before you got pulled in... Cause its the leading cause of unhappiness out there right now, that the fewest people will admit to. (which is why its so effective)..

Aren't you a little too young to be thinking about sex? I say ask the junior girl out. What's the worst she can do? Say no...its better than wondering what would have happened. Live each day like it's ur last.

my opinion, don't put so much thought into it. if you like her, don't let something like that get in the way of getting to know her better. don't hold it against her and don't think you can easily get into her pants. just treat a girl with some respect and you'd be amazed at her reaction. and don't be in a rush to be de-virginized--it's not a race, although, nowadays it seems like it is. you will know in your heart when it's the right time to do it.

the word sex means responsibility and personally i believe that just because she had sex before you doesn't mean she is no good enough.
See the person values and the things she makes you feel. dont judge her past. because no one is perfect.

why would it bother you? If she was faithful in those relationships that what matters..no? Is the old double standard...a guy can but a girl is a "slut" still around?
