Check out Logitech's line of Harmony remotes. Ours handles the PIP function, and we only have a relatively low-end model. I am also pretty sure the Phillips Pronto line of universal remotes will handle PIP, but they are very expensive compared to the Logitech Harmonys.

By the way, both lines of remotes are "Activity-based" universals, rather than "Device-based". In other words, you group activities like "watch TV" or "watch movie" under a button (that then turns on the appropriate devices, turns everything to the right input/output/audio setting, etc.) - "Device-based" universals by comparison control each device but often force you to set each setting yourself.

I find "Activity-based" functionality to be far more intuitive than the "device-based" universals I've previously owned.

Best to you.
