I just want to know how to ask him out. He is so nice and funny and he totally rocks. Tell me what I should say to ask him out.

Just be like hey, whats up?
And ask him if he likes you.
If he says "As a friend"...
just be like okay *whew* i thought
you didnt like me at all or something.
Or just ask him. You have nothing to lose
if he says no. if he makes a big deal out
of it he's probably not somebody you would want
to go out with.

Hi there,
Simple since you are already friends you can casually ask him "Hi what you doing for the weekend" he will reply something like nothing.... you can say "I was wondering if we could catch up a movie"... if he says i have some xyz to do than you can say "Oh i was hoping we could go for a movie but now since you are busy do you want to catch up may be on a monday"..
See the conversation is quite casual and you are also asking him out. Than let the things flow on its own.

ask him to grabs drinks at a cafe or something, somewhere quiet, yet public. it's not too personal, or formal, and it's not alcohol. you have something to sip on if there are any quiet moments..trust me..guys like assertive women. "I was wondering if you'd like to grab a cappacino after work" something to that effect.. He'll respond in a positve way..ALL straight men like attention from women. I wouldn't recommend the movie idea..it's too awkward, you don't know to sit next to each other, you're crunching poopcorn during the movie, and you can't talk to each other...go with a place like Starbuck's
