Oh my god YES!

I use a mobility scooter and when I am waiting to cross the road at a roundabout I have to wait until either there is NO traffic about, or until someone stops and waves me on. I don't have the speed to start to take a step because the car isn't indicating and then step back when it DOES turn! Aaaaarrrrgggghhhh...

You've just hit one of my pet hates!

Yes, also drivers using phones, drivers without seatbelts, and drivers who allow a child to stand between the 2 front seats. Oh, and people driving with children on their lap. I'm in Ireland by the way, driving laws seem to be less enforced here.

Drivers not using indicators anywhere should be flogged, preferably publicly and where they committed the offence. But we know that is never going to happen so some significant monetary penalty should be applied.

Drivers who do not use indicators correctly or at all at junctions, roundabouts or anywhere else should have to retake their test.
