I'm trying to locate an old neighbour from Newcastle, his name is Gordon Tulloch. He used to work as a miner in the mid-1950's . He's not listed in the telephone directory. Any suggestions how I could trace him?

Specify where he came from and his occupation, I can almost guarantee that someone knows him.
