does anyone have Vonage?

I need to know how it works. We just signed up for Vonage and they say when someone leaves a voicemail for you, your suppose to be able to listen to it online but when I go to listen to it it wont let me a thing pops up and asks me if i want to save to playlist and im suppose to open or run it point blank i just dont know what to do somone help me PLEASE!!!!!

The voice mail will be email you to your registered email as an attachment. It'll not remind you automatically.
