For the sake of argument. Using God in vain is not cussing. Do we really need to define cussing?

Most importantly true Christians do not judge others! The Bible tells us not to worry about the splinter in someones eye when we have a plank in ours.(Matthew 7: 1-6) No one but the Lord knows who is going to hell. No one but the Lord knows what is in your heart.

I know alot of Christians and the majority of them don't swear at all. Remember, Christians are people too and are a work in progress by God. They are not perfect, only God is. Peace :-)

Using Gods name in cussing is wrong
NRSV -7 You shall not make wrongful use of the name of the LORD your God, for the LORD will not acquit anyone who misuses his name.

Their Lord is.

Why do self-proclaimed atheists say 'oh god' or dear god' when they find a person, loved one, car, etc.....destroyed, hurt or dead?
