how cheap heelys get?

If you are going to get heelies do not buy the cheaper knockoffs. You will want the kind that you can retract the wheel .Many schools do not permit them on the property. As with any item with wheels you should use common sense. For example they should not be used on stairs. coasting down hills etc. I don't think they are any more dangerous than rollerblades, skateboards etc. Parents must take the time to explain that if the child uses the heelies inappropriately they will be confiscated by the parent.

I bought my 9 year old heelys. He tried them a couple of times and didn't like them. What a waste of money!

I bought them for my 10 year old along with a helmet. I paid 54.00 for them and I hope he enjoys them! I thought about getting them for my 7 year old daughter and then changed my mind.
