Spay/neuter is permanant
Rabies can be either 3 years or one year depends on the shot given and your local laws
FVRCP is a one year shot and needs to be given each year.
Combo test I have no clue what that is.
Deworming is only good for about a month but my cat was wormed only once in her life and never has had another problem.
Microchip and register is good until death of pet.
Cat carrier as long as the cat does not tear it up.

We really don't know how long many vaccines last in pets because the research has not be done to know how long immunity lasts. AAHA comes out with vaccine protocols every so often based upon the most current clinical research. Despite the length of time it lasts, many states have laws pertaining to Rabies vaccination. In Indiana, cats much be vaccinated every year, dog every year if using a one year vaccine, and every 3 years if using a 3 year vaccine.
