Cheese. Spread a little ketchup on the toast before putting the cheese on. A good cheese that browns well under the grill and some cracked black pepper... I might have to go and have some right now...

followed by jam on toast for pudding. Have the best of both worlds.

Why not both? I definately like my toast with Cream Cheese and Strawberry Jam....it's the best!!!!

Alternatively, use the same knife for both your butter and jam and leave some butter to fester on top of the jam with the lid off.

A few weeks to mature and voila: cheesy jam!

Perfect on toasted rye bread :-)

Well, I've found that toast with muenster cheese on top is my favorite, but other times, you can't go wrong with strawberry or raspberry jam!

Melted cheese with worcestershire sauce, strawberry jam, crunchy peanut butter or just plain old butter, you can't go wrong with toast, we love it!
