Almost all the hazardous chemicals have a counter agent as following.
HCL very bad acid .
Caustic soda
If these two bad things are mix together to a PH of 7 u will have nothing but table salt and water.
If u know your stuff u can neutralize it all .

Industries contribute to pollution.
There are effluents seeping from improper landfills.
