If you love her, deal with it while she is going through this stuff.

Sit and talk with her very calmely about it. Start out with "honey, I noticed that lately I seem to be making you angry. I'd like to know what I could do to make you happier?" This way you are not flaring her anger by blaming her for any problems and go from there keeping very calm at all times. If she is going to be honest with you then keeping blame and anger as far from the conversation as possible is the way to do it. And if the relationship is ending, hopefully this way will end it peacefully without burning bridges. Best of luck to you my friend.

Heyy,,
alright, even tho i am a girl, i know how bitchy they can get & well its just not good for anyone. to try & help her ^ urself out, i would suggest being there for her, talk to her about her problems but dont just push urself right in without her wanting u to. Be a good bf & let her know how you feel about her, tell her ur there for her but its kind of hard when shes in a bad mood so much. let her know that ur gonna be there but for the relationship to work its gonna take both of you.

1. don't blame it on the time of the month, look at what you're doing that pisses her off and stop it!
2. be supportive about her family problems, and that does NOT mean offering advice, just shut up and listen and hold her when she needs it :)

If you can't deal with mood swings, perhaps you shouldn't be going out with women.
