I think this would be something you could answer on your own. Just talk about how being Hispanic has influenced any goals you've had. Have you not been able to do something because you're Hispanic? Have you ever had a rare opportunity because you're Hispanic? How has it affected your life?

Does your Hispanic heritage influence your goals? Does it matter to you?

First - identify how being Hispanic makes you feel. Are you proud of it? Do you practice Hispanic traditions? If so, has any of that influenced you academically? Do you plan to continue your Hispanic culture in your long term goals?

It could be as simple as identifying one Hispanic piece of your history or culture, then tweaking that into an academic angle and then a long term goal.

Don't make it hard. Just break it down into something simple, then say what you mean to say. Good luck!

Hispanics are hard working people's, you can apply that concept into your studies at the University. Does being successful in College require allot of hard work? Of coarse it does. Use the Hispanic stereotype to your advantage.
