i am a guy and heres what you should do go to his front door and fill it with dog poo if you really hate the guy you would do it or you can do the same to his mailbox or you can just mail him poo.

I don't understand why you cursed him out. Now I can understand your landlady maybe being a little angry If he has been leading her on. but why are you so angry? Whats the big deal about being asked out by your neighbor? Is he gross or something. If he is why were you so pleased about him flirting with your landlady?
Can you file harassment charges for being asked out. my God what are things coming to.
You should have a real complaint or leave the poor guy along. Sounds to me like you have been leading him on.xx

ignore him. the next time he asks you out ,, laugh out loud, then say "you're so funny so-so, you sure know how to make me laugh" if he doesn't get the message then. be down right rude. no reason for revenge. he makes himself look stupid enough. or show him this ask and answer as if you found it amusing and thought he would find it that way also. it's like looking in the mirror for him, hopefully,, good luck to you and your landlady

Since neither of you have responded to him, how can either of you be mad? Maybe he made overtures to her for a while and got no response and now he's seeing if you're interested. How do you cheat on someone you're flirting with that isn't responding?
How about talk about how petty and bored the two of you are that you have to take nothing and blow it up into something?

lead him on then lure him to a storage shed and tie him up for 2 or 3 hours, let him think he's gonna get left to die or somethin, kinda like a scaretactics thing...that will teach him to mess with you

you both should over kill him with kindness. make a plan to shower him with so much attenion he will want to leave you alone if that is what you want. if it is his full attention you want then give it to him
