Does anyone know a dentist in or near columbia md im on a budget but dont have any insurance?

Ive done some ressearch an i belive its "TMJ syndrome". Im in horrible pain please help!!!!!!!

Im having severe headahces like by my ear on the whole left side of my face it hurts my neck is throbbing an so is my shoulders........the headaches by far are the worst.

Go to either Howard University or Universtiy of Maryland College of Dentistry. You get great service at a lower price. They both have great Dentists and great students. Howard in particular is really good.
