FIRST OF ALL HOW OLD ARE YOU. IF YOU REALLY LIKE THIS BOY ASK YOUR MOM WHY SHE DOES NOT WANT YOU TO GO OUT WITH HIM, BE HONEST WITH HER. AND TELL HER HOW YOU FEEL. How old are you? That first determins if your mom is right.
Does your mom even know him? Did you flat out ask her if why she doesn't like him? I thought my mom hated my guy and here she didn't. She told me that she didn't even know the guy so she didn't even have an opinon on him.

Your first loyalty is to your mother who raised you.
She must have her reasons for not allowing you to get together with this boy. If her reasons are not fair, wait until you become independent to decide.
