4 months ago I had a fling. He and I have remained good friends. I started dating one guy after the fling, and my ex-fling did all he could to put the guy down. He was very rude to the guy. Then I started dating someone else, and my ex-fling told that guy all about our fling, and he said some other stuff that led to that guy breaking up w/me. Now, my fling and I started hooking up again, after those other relationships ended We hang out still as friends too. Sometimes he's really sweet and intimate and other times, after we have sex, he gets distant. I called him out on it and he said he freaks out sometimes after we have sex. What would make him freak out? He always wants to have sex.He's much younger than I, and he told me that when we first hooked up he wanted to date me, but he said he thought I was too old for him. But now, sometimes he says age doesn't matter. Why does he keep ruining my relationships? and why does he get weird after we have sex?

He sounds like he has issues with Sex, which is pretty common. Say he feels guilty about it or he has a wired fetish that you fit which he can't share with you for fear of mortifying you. Say he sees you as a mother figure since you are older...how much older? Well anyway he can't be honest with that and he can't let you be free and happy either. Hes messed up, is what I think.

he sound very confused but thats men for you i am going through a soimilar situation in the sense the guy i adore is driving me up the wall. Why do we do it to ourselves!!

to me it sounds like he's using you just to have sex. i could be wrong though...he could also be afraid of having a steady relationship
