People say take it one day at a time. Sometimes you need to focus on just getting though the next 5 minutes, then the next 5 minutes. Those five minutes grow into getting though each one half hour, a afternoon, a day and so on. What this is is the phrase " time heals all ". Hold on, let time and God's Love strengthen you . . . just hold on and time will grow into strength. In the meantime, look at a book that pleases you, a movie, share a conversation with someone, message here, go to a book store or music store to mill around. Sleep through the night, eat right, drink water...basically take care of your body, that helps greatly in being strong when feeling emotionally weak . . . baby steps.

I read inspirational material. Talk to a family member or a friend. Do some exercise or meditation.
I dont blame anything on anyone else.
I look at my own problems and find solutions.
I then sit down by myself and contemplate on the problems and observe them rather that be attached to them.
Detaching yourself from the problems or whatever is making you weak is the first step.
Tell your mind to shut up several times until all the thoughts in your head cease.
Then Become the observer.
Just watch your thoughts and try to work out where they are coming from.
What has caused them?
Work out a good plan of attack for becomeing strong again.
Find some things in yourself that you are good at.
I sometimes re-write my resume or write a list of things that I am good at. This exercise reminds me of where I am strong.
When clearing my head of thoughts & allowing thoughts to be observed only I only allow positive thoughts to settle in my mind. Negative thoughts have no place in my self. They are from somewhere else and they can go back there.
If my weakness is caused by the flu or something then I rest and let my body heal itself and get my energy levels back up again ready for another round in this world. Weakness caused by sickness is the worst because you have little control over it unfortunately.

The seeming weakness is a suggestion that God did not make us properly, in that we can actually be weak. Let the truth give to you what you have, an abundance of strength. Jesus taught us to bind the strong man, and we always have the power to do so.

Strength can come from within, from the people you love the most, of from a Higher Power. If you believe in this higher power, whatever it is, realize that the power will guide you in your most miserable state of being. You have to look up at the sky and find the sun among the dark and gray clouds. You have to look within yourself and trust that you can get through anything in life. Appreciate everything and everyone around you. Be thankful. Endure even if it hurts. The destination of your journey, wherever that might be, will far surpass the trouble you are feeling now.

Weakness is a thresh hold that varies from person to person. Some find it excruciating to be bored while others thrive on it. If your batteries need recharged, try doing something you REALLY enjoy doing. Nothing coming to mind? You could be clinically depressed and counseling often helps.
Prayer is also incredibly helpful. People wear themselves out acting upon their unhealthy nature. They smoke, drink, gamble, etc all because they themselves are unhealthy. Fix the nature and the habits all fall into line. I'll be praying for you. :)

every grey cloud has a silver lining always try to look at the good things in life. Simetimes its really hard i know but if you can develop good from an initially percieved bad situation you are on the right road. Sometimes you can feel weak but in actual fact you are stronger than you know. Take care

Seek the Lord and His Strength; Seek His face continually (Psalm 105:4)
"He gives strength to the weary, and to him who lacks might He increases power. Though youths grow weary and tired, and the vigorous young men stumble badly, Yet those who hope in the Lord will gain strength; they will mount up like eagles wings, they will run and not get tired, They will walk and not faint" (Isaiah 40:29-31)
"The Lord will give strength to His people; the Lord will bless His people with peace" (Psalm 29:11)
Stay in the Scriptures ! Peace to you in Jesus Name !

I know that God loves me and that he has a plan and purpose for my life. I understand that the old sin nature lives inside of me. I am a Christian so I know that sin was dealt with on the Cross. I use 1John1:9.-(If we name our sins,he is just and righteous to forgive us are sins and cleanse us from all unrighteousness.)I am then back in fellowship. I claim the promises of God. I ask for strength.
Relax, God loves you. He wants the best for you. It's okay. Don't be so hard on yourself. He will answer your prayers. I will pray for you if that is okay. Before my prayer is done HE will answer it. I used to think that the worst day of my life was when my father was killed when I was 5. I changed my mind when my son's father died when he was 10 and I had to find him at our county fair on kid's day and tell him that his father had passed. I wish you the best. Peace out.

Easy if the goal is something I really wish to attain. Then you just put one foot in front of the other and keep going
