Yes, it sounds like you have a good plan. Other people have been successful using DDR as part of a weight loss plan, along with diet and other forms of exercise for maximum benefits. Here's some information:

Many news outlets have reported how playing DDR can be good aerobic exercise; some regular players have reported weight loss of 10–50 pounds (5–20 kg). In one example, a player found that including DDR in her day-to-day life resulted in a loss of 95 pounds.[1] It is argued, however, that the cases of significant weight loss have all been stories where a significantly overweight player loses a few pounds, and then becomes motivated to take action to lose weight, including dieting and regular gym attendance. Although reports of weight loss have not been scientifically measured, a handful of schools use DDR as a physical education activity, and in Norway, DDR has even been registered as an official sport.

DDR's usefulness for weight loss is helped in that many home versions of the game have a function to estimate calories burned if given a player's weight. Also, players can use "workout mode" to make a diary of calories burned playing DDR and any self-reported changes in the player's weight.

I will admit I have not adopted the advisor precisely. I'm no longer sticking flawlessly to the indexed meals and meal plans (however by and large) and doing little or no pastime, however the weight maintains flying off. It obviously works and if I'd adopted it precisely I suppose it could scare the residing daylights out of me seeing that of the quantity that I'd lose. So thank you once more for the knowledge. I've on no account bought whatever like this earlier than seeing that they're more commonly filled with trash, however 3WD has been a great shock. Get began at present!

Sounds like you are on the right path here.

Basically, weight loss only happens when you use more calories than you consume. If you are cutting out the crap and exercising more then I would say it's probably going to work out for you.

Just make sure your nutrition is correct and you should be fine.

Losing weight fast is honestly never the answer, sometimes it's not a big deal like losing it for your wedding or whatever but more often than not you will put it back on plus a little. Just make some lifestyle change.

I think it all depends on how active you get into the game. But actually from what I seen when just normal people play it the game seems to be pretty aerobic. I can't see why you would lose weight with a healthy diet and a few hours of cardio work out even if it is from a video game.

Also as mentioned don't mix bleach and ammonia.

Well if you eat healthy, and you exercise (dancing counts) then yes, you will lose weight.

There are no fast solutions. . .

Less calorie intake and more exercise=weight loss. . .

Remember, don't reduce your calorie intake by too much. If you do, it'll take that much longer for you to lose weight. Your body's natural response would be to hold onto what it has.

You should be fine. . .slow and steady weight loss is a surer way of keeping off those pounds longer.

I've been told that a lot of people lose weight with that game. It requires to move them around, thus, it's excerise, so you'll lose the weight you keep on from a lack of movement. Eating healthier should also help you lose weight, though I'm sure you should combine this with some other exercises with your program.

Yes dancing 2 hours a day and eating healthy will make you lose weight.

Also try:

1) Drink coffee: This doesnt make you hungry

2) Drink plenty of water: It is proven that drinking plenty of water makes you lose weight!

3) Eat 2 servings of fruit and 5 servings of vegetables

4) Avoid oily fatty foods: This means only go out to takeaway shops once or twice a week.

5) Dont eat junk food: Obviuosly everyone knows that to lose weight you need to stop eating junk as it has too much sugar and carbohydrates!

If this works please let me know!

Very much so. That game your talking about is very good for cardio. The time goes by fast because your having fun so you think a 2 hour workout/gameplay has only been like 45 minutes. Your doing right so far. All you need to do now is stay away from sugar. Natural sugar and starches are okay but only in moderations. Refined sugar is that stuff that turns directly into fat.
