I'm assuming you mean it has a password and you don't know what it is. You can reset your password by doing the following:

-Search for a channel that the Password screen doesn't appear on.
-Hold the Vol. button on your Set (the TV itself, not the remote) until it reaches 0.
-While holding the Vol. at 0, press the button "0" on your remote for more than 2 seconds.
-Go to the menu, V-Chip set and you can enter new Password.
-After you enter the new password, enter again to V-chip and set it ON or Off.
