Whatever floats your boat. All up to you at the end I would think.

If you're limiting your choices to either Starmoon or Tia, I would choose Tia. You might consider names that reference either the words star or moon, instead of Starmoon -- such as Stella or Luna. Stella is a hip name with ties to both the vintage and the modern, and I must say it has an awesome ring when paired with Wilson. Stella Wilson. Ahhhhhh :-)

I don't really like the name Wut. But if you like it, go ahead. Tia does mean aunt in Spanish. I think Rosalind is a nice name or Layla, I would pick one of those names if I had a girl. Rosalind means beautiful rose. Whatever your last name is, keep it. Why confuse things even more. I had a friend leagaly change her name and it was annoying because I couldn't help myself from calling her by her original name. It's was a force of habit.

You know that Tia means "aunt"?

That seems like a very personal decision, one that probably shouldn't be decided by strangers.

If you're unsure, maybe wait a while and see if a name change still appeals to you. :)

Personally, I like Tia
I Find that starmoon seems too whimsical and people are less likely to take you seriously.

In the end it's up to you though.
Good-Luck!
