I think it would be advisable to speak to the lawyer that handled your custody case.

because of the fact that there is not any criminal order of custody in the present day, meaning that whoever has the youngster of their possession is the only Custodian. the subject with that subject is that the youngster is vulnerable to being taken by using the father and then he stands out as the only custodian. with the intention to stabilize the youngster's existence (and your guy or woman) you could record a Petition for finished Custody in Alabama as quickly as you verify your self on your mom's place of living.besides, you could record a Petition for help down there besides and make point out that the father of the youngster is working "below-the-table" and in case you recognize the place he's working which will help too. If the father desires to exercising his rights for visitation or partial custody he will could record his very own petition in his state and then that is going to likely be sent to Alabama and you'd be notified. If he does not, then he will haven't any rights to verify the youngster in any respect and you could not enable him take the youngster everywhere until he is going into courtroom asking for his parental rights. or you run the possibility of the father taking the youngster and not returning the youngster and you will could have the police pass after him to acquire the babies that your sole custody order will authorize.

Check with your state laws but chances are you need to go through a lawyer to file for a move. If you can prove that this is necessary for your economic benefit and your child will not suffer from the move there will not be any additional problems.

wow, i dont know where you are from but ive never heard of any state in the union granting custody to a boyfriend...even if she were to be found unfit in court, most of the time family is next in line for custody...you better ask your attorney about the move, because most states will allow the child to leave the state ONLY if the parent is transfered by their job.
