The U.S.S. Arizona is located at it's mooring station in Pearl Harbor Hawaii, directly infront of the U.S.S. Missouri's mooring stations on the beach of Ford Island. To get to the Arizona Memorial, you have to go to the Memorial center, get a ticket. Before you go on the shuttle boat to the memorial you are let into an auditorium and shown a short film. Then you get on a shuttle boat manned by Navy personnel and take to the memorial. At the Memorial center is a small museum with artifacts from the attack. Although the Memorial is run by the National Parks service, there is a Navy crew assigned to the Memorial that provides for the maintenance and running of the shuttle boats.

Same place its Been since Dec 7 1941 when the Imperial Jappanesse Navy launched an Air air on Pearl Harbor. A Jap Bomber drop a bomb that when right through the ship forward of the Ships Massive 14 inch guns (belive it was 14. i think 16 inch came on later ships) and the bomb went right through the ship down to the Armory where it exploded lifting the massive ship out of the water and killing over 1,000 sailors. it is still on the navy roster as a memorial. and the ship deffintly wont let it self be forgotten, theres still oil leaking up from the ship

in accordance to a historic past Channel software about Pearl Harbor, the superstructure bumped off that continues to be is stashed on Ford Island in a secure area. i imagine the guns that were salvaged (the 14 inchers) were used for coastal batteries and then scrapped, yet which could be a foul memory.
