Depends on how much they tell me that. If it's just once in a while, that's fine. A relationship shouldn't just be about sex.

Fine, once in a while. Sometimes I just don't feel like it either. If they "don't feel like it" a LOT then there is a problem.

she/he probably has personal reasons and you should respect that they don't want to have sex yet
