You do not say what the problem is.
Surgery can be divided into 'lifts' which involve removing excess skin and fat (face, breasts, bum, tummy etc)
and 'implants'- breasts, bum, chin (and bizarrely calfs and biceps in men, maybe pecs too)
Reconstructive surgery can use both techniques and also remodelling, eg, nose.
If you are talking about facial wrinkles and the crevices that run from the nose to mouth or from mouth towards the chin they are different. Fillers (both biological and collagen / artificial) are used for deep lines / crevices but not for fine lines or wrinkles.
Botox stops lines and deep wrinkles getting worse, or developing at all if you start early enough- it paralyses the muscles but means the face loses mobility; if you get it in the brow you cannot raise your eyebrows properly.
Laser treatment is for pigmentation or veins or scarring.
Dermabrasion, acid or laser peels help fine lines (usually around the eyes)
Some people (with big bank accounts) have a combination of all of these.
Hope this helps.

There's lots. Dermabrasion (removing the layers of skin). Acid Peels (similar to dermabrasion). Botox (obviously). Just do a search on the web.
best of luck to you
