try some carmex...i find that this is the best for dry chapped lips. Its only a $1 at any drug store or even wal mart...

Aveeno, it works great on excessively dry skin and is not oily. Also try neosporin lip treatment.

Vaseline is great. Put some on before bed. The medicated chapstick is good too.
