Well... is it OK to be HETEROsexual if you are Christian? Of course. People don't choose their sexuality. If you were born a lesbian, that's what you are. Do you think a kind and loving God would literally program you to be a sinner, so that your very physiological nature made you an abomination? Of course not. That is why I don't believe the Christian God has anything against homosexuals or homosexual behaviors.

Here's some advice. You were born a lesbian. Nature/God made you that way. You were NOT born a Christian. THAT is the choice to be made here - not whether to be a lesbian, but whether to be a Christian. People seem to forget that religion's purpose is to serve the believer, not the other way around. If your religion doesn't serve you, find a different one that does.

Blessed be.

I will be honest. First off, God hates the sin but loves the sinner. Being homosexual (or bisexual for that matter) is not a sin. And anyone that tries to tell you that is a liar. However, the act of homosexuality is a sin. All sins are equal, except one (blaspheming the Holy Ghost), so your sin is no worse than someone who tells a little white lie, or who has heterosexual sex before marriage.

No-one is perfect, or else God would have called them back to heaven already. And I can honestly say that I am not trying to preach to you, nor am I trying to say what you are doing is wrong, because I myself as a Christian are commiting different sins.

I think you have to keep an open mind and although this likeminded group may be good for you, they may try to bias the word of God in their favour as much as other 'christians' (Thay can't be if they judge and don't even know what the Bible says on the matter) will try to tell you that loving someone of the same sex (lthough not engaging in sexual activity) is wrong.

Only you and God get to decide what is right and wrong for you.

Personally, if it feels that it is right between you and God, then there is nothing wrong with it. There are too many Christians out there, who have been brainwashed into mindless zombies, following Satans servants.

The final judgement is in the hands of God, and it is between a person and God. No one else has a right, or even permission from God to interfere with this. Any that claim they know this truth, or that truth, what God condemns, and approves of, is nothing more than a servant of darkness, following the minions of Lucifer.

By the fruits of the spirit will you know them. If they preach hatred, intolerance, bigotry and claim God hates someone for their sins or lifestyles, then you know that from this bitter, foul fruit, who their true lord really is...

So, what is between you and God? There will lie your answer.

No, Jesus hates homosexuals, it says so in the Bible.
Well, ok, it doesn't exactly say that anywhere. Actually it's pretty clear about Jesus not hating anyone. But there's some stuff in the Old Testament where it says homosexuality is an abomination. Okay, actually it says that assrape is bad, and it says that buttsex is bad, but then it also says eating pork is bad, and I kind of ignore that one because I like porkchops personally. But lots of Christians say that homosexuality is a sin, and they can't all be wrong, can they?

Any Christian doctrine supporting sensualism is a false doctrine, and one must be careful not to allow the false to appear as truth. God did not create a humans to experiment with sin, such as substance abuse, sexual perversions, hate, revenge, deceit, etc. God knows about love between a man and woman, but anything outside of that is not made (by Him) and so can't enter into heaven.

Well, Christianity is for sinners so in that respect I guess so but, one must have a clear intention of not sinning. Having a nature that makes you yearn for the same sex is unnatural and disordered and the acting out with sexual acts with the same sex IS a sin. So you can not continue to say you are a Christian and continue to do homosexual acts.

It is OK to be a homosexual no matter what religion you are....but you must deny yourself that special thing all straight people think is exclusively their moral right....love and companionship with someone you are sexually attracted to.
If Christ was truly about love he would not care if you were a homosexual.
Live your life the way you are happiest and if anyone tells you that your wrong politely tell them to go fcuk themselves!!!

There is an understanding that you can be homosexual and a Christian.

How is that???

You must be a celibate homosexual, and not live that lifestyle and you can say very humbly that indeed you are.

The lifestyle of homosexuality is a suffering. I can not say that I have met many homosexuals who are thrilled their of their sexuality, if they could; they'd 'change' it.

You can have those tendencies, and you must live that celibate life. They are heavy burdens and it is a cross you bear with Christs' suffering. Many hugs to you sweetheart.

Anybody can find a website for virtually anything. It's wrong sweetie but instead of asking people on the internet, ask Jesus to reveal the answer to you. God bless :-)
