There's this chick I reilly like at work. Her and me have been friends for 3 months she has a boyfriend, and she flirts with me lots all day. She *****'s about her boyfriend and she looks at me with flirty eyes when we talk. She also has lots of guy friends but I talk to her more then them. So is she just a flirt or do you think there's something between us.

I don't know you are going to have to ask her. Would you really want to be with her anyway if she has a boyfriend and you think she flirts with other guys.

Wait till she is single to find out. A guy or girl who would cheat on their steady is not worth it.
Be generally friendly to her - but do not make a move till she is completely available!!
Dude - she may like you a bit - I've liked lots of men that were
1) taken, 2) too young 3) professionally unavailable cause we had a work connection 4) married, etc. etc. Just because I found them attractive didnt mean I did anything about it... Just admired from afar.
In your case, all you need to do is wait and see - if she likes you she will eventually end the other relationship - and hopefully you will not have done or said anything before then to ruin your respect for yourself and your values - or your image in her eyes as a person with principles and morals.
And keep your energy focused on looking for a girl who is single and likes you.

She's just a flirt. Most likely a triffling one at that. I have been in this situation and my advice let it go, step back before you get emotinally hurt. She sounds like a terrible person if she has a bf and flirts with other guys. Do you really want a girl who will flirt with other guys behind your back? If she does it to her current what makes you think she wouldn't do the same with you? Sounds sketchy dude.

Sometimes a girls personality is very flirty. She may have low self esteem and makes herself feel better about herself by getting the attention of men. It is hard to say if her intentions are more than just "flirting" or if she wants more. If you have feelings for her, or would like to "get to know her better" tread slowly. Maybe joke one day when she is flirting with you....."Hey is this just flirting or do you want more?" If she seems interested pursue it, if not....play it off and pretend you were just kidding.

lots of girls do this most of there is nothing between u 2 but should ask her she could be interested or just ashow off flirty type of girl my best friend is just like this she has a boyfriend that she loves alot but she does ***** about him and she does flirt with other guys but she always tells me how much she is in lofve with him, love is a confusing thing

My dear, I think that she could be flirting with u. If she really loves her boyfriend as much as she talks abt him, u don't need to know, why? b'cos u are a guy and u will be jealous. So be on neutral based with her and pull urself together when u are with her. She will quick it soon enough and u will know if she likes u that much if u play it cool.

I usually take the approach that as long as she says she's got a boyfriend, don't go there.
I think sometimes women will mention they've broken up with a boyfriend, just to see your reaction. Who knows if the boyfriend is even aware of this breakup.

I think she's a flirt. You should have plastic surgery and get a face like Kakashi, then you can have any girl you want. Did you see the look on Ayame's (the girl who works at the Ramen stand) face when she saw Kakashi remove his mask to eat? She was blushing furiously; he can get any girl he wants when his mask's off...

It all depends on what she does. If she "flirts" or if she flirts....you get what i'm saying? If she dumps her boyfriend, make a move or something. I think that there is definetly something between you two. ;)

almost all girls flirt but not all girls cheat. i wouldn't take her seriously until she breaks up with the boyfriend.
if all u want is sex...take her out for a few drinks after work and see what happens. Good Luck! :)
