I really would not be interested in such conversation, so I would just simply tell her. I would rather she did not have such a discussion with me. Since I have no need or desire to have a complete understanding of her sex life. That should be enough for her to get the message. Or I may say something like, you know a lady would never discuss such details of her life. And leave it at that. If she still did not get the message, I would make myself totally unavailable to her. What you need to do is ask her, I do not think it is fair to you, and you need to tell her, say why is it important for you to tell me about how many men you have been with? I am not in the least interested, and I do not want to hear about it any more. and you need to mean it. because I feel if she likes to keep talking about them, that may mean she may want to be back with them, and if she does, then she should go. and leave you in peace.
