Anyone can get a 100% loan with a 580 credit score, so try and get your score up to that level if you haven't already done so. There is no difference between having a house built and one that is already existing to the lender, so keep that in mind.

if you are in texas, we can get you construction even not perfect credit. bestway like they say get your score up first, then build your house if I were you.
