I'd go with C since they join and produce water one H comes from the Nitrogen on the amine and the OH comes from the alcohol

C. This is a condensation process to get polymers. You would get an amide -CONH. With water produced. The hydrogen from amine and hydroxyl group from the acid join to give you water and the remaining product the amide.
