Since when are keyboards not extreme? When I think extreme keyboards a number of Folk Metal keyboard solos and riffs come to mind that are very extreme. If a band like Mayhem wants to be the most extreme, then sure, they can use keyboards (tho they don't). It's beside the point because Black Metal is not that extreme because you have MeloBlack, which is MeloDeath with black vocals, and Atmospheric Black which isn't extreme, but meandering and slow. Funeral Doom is the most extreme genre, it's nearly unlistenable...
