Just be yourself and start up a conversation. The key is to smile and show that your interested. Talk and get to know one another, after that go on little outings, ex: movies, a restraunt, and so on. After awhile he'll begin to notice you alot more. Maybe if the cards are right you'll go somewhere with it.

I think slut school is taking applications these days. Seriously guys always notice girls there just has to be something about you that sticks you out as the alpha female to them.

Talk to him and go near the area he is with your friends. (I never tried that though xD) If you want a guy to notice you, the best thing is to talk to him. That's how people actually know who you are.

If you want somebody to notice you, then you basically need to make yourself be known. By introducing yourself and being more assertive and aggressive. You don't need to try to change yourself by using makeup and clothes. Be yourself and if that is not enough for him to notice you, then you don't need him.
