My mom has been suffering with migraines so bad, that she pukes all day and cannot get out of bed. A few years ago, she was diagnosed at a bad hospital, with Hepatitis C. She went for a second opinion with a specialist who said she did NOT have hepatitis C. But ever since, she gets migraines, and the past week she has had it non stop, all day, all night. I am really worried about her, she won't stop puking and says it feels like sharpe pains on both sides of her head. What can be causing her misery? Is it possible that she DOES have hepatitis and this is a sympton of Hepatitis C.

I would suggest your mom get another opinion from an internist, that's a doctor of internal medicine. I go to one all the time.
He may want to have a bunch of tests done, I hope your moms up to it but, that's the only way to get to the bottom of it, testing and more testing, that what I did.
He may have to put her in the hospital for some of these tests but, I assure you Dearheart they are as necessary as the sun coming up in the morning. Bless you and good luck.

By the way, I get migraines too but, not that bad, I take Topamax for them, they work for me right away.

People who drink lots of alcohol...also hardens the liver. Some people are predisposed to it gentically. In many cases it is diet. Hep C patients don't necessarilly develop a fatty liver.
