My butt is wide and kind of low riding. Are there any exercizes to make it ride up higher and make it narrower?

Sit on the floor lift you legs and back and make the muscles in your butt tense and hold for 5 secs then longer and progress.

Weigh training is your best option, along with using a step machine or going for step cardio workouts. A low fat diet will help.

Squats, lunges, more squats..more lunges-- and then back leg raises- that is a floor exercise. But squats and lunges are excellent.... This question is kinda funny.

get a copy of 8 minute buns.....lunges and squats are great but that video will have you do a couple other exercises on your hands and knees that work amazingly fast...

Stair machines work, but try running up and down your stairs whenever you use them instead.
