i really one to lose weight! and i'm not in juner(spelled wrong) high school that i can join a sport!! i'm 6th grade! anyways i want to lose weight please tell me what do i do to lose 20lb!!
please....... i really need help!
ooh i'm at school for about 7 hours! that hard to folow a plan!!!!

exercise for 30 mins per day (walking, riding a bike, running, exercise tape, etc.), and eat a balanced diet.

The best thing for you do do is not worry so much! Drink LOTS of water. Do the best you can to eat a balanced diet, lots of fruits & veggies, not too much meat or carbs. Try to stay away from fried food and high cal snacks (candy & chips). And this is probably what would do it for you, set aside 15 to 30 minutes a day for exercise. Even just fast walking will make a difference. But find something you like to do so you can stick with it. Pilates are good, or even just setting aside the time to dance in your room for half an hour! Just have fun, you are too young to be so concerned about your weight, 20 lbs is not that much. Odds are you are still growing. But the exercise will help you stay fit & tone up.

The first thing is to ask why if you are overweight then fine but if not then I suggest you be careful. Dieting doesnt really work you lose but you put back more, to lose weight and keep it off you need to have a healthy diet, no junk food, no soda no candy. Look at eating fresh fruit and vegies, drink water and go for a brisk walk for 1/2 and hour a day.

Join town sports or just run around your block. Not much to do at your age I'm afraid. Running should work though =)

Also, DON'T take any pills or go on diets at your age. Just stop eating fatty foods (Fast food etc.) and sweets.

Ask your parents to put you in a sport/s class. Since you don't have any at school. & cut back on the junk food. Eat more veggies & drink a lot of water. That should help. = )

Join rec league sports, soccer, basket ball, tennis, track and field, baseball, etc. Don't eat junk food, or keep it to a minimum. Go for runs, jogs, etc., even if you join a sport. Drink plenty of water, eat your vegetables, fruits, etc. Hope this helps!
