You should leave it alone. Squeezing pimples can make them worse; it can also force the infection deeper under the skin, and can cause scarring. Treat it with some clearasil, or you could dab a bit of mud mask on it before you go to sleep (let it dry before you lay down) and wash it off in the morning. That should help some of the redness and swelling.

If it has white, it is ready to pop. If you can't pop it with pressure from your fingertips alone, do NOT use fingernails. This can make it really sore. You can try pushing on the sides of it with Q-tips. If that doesn't work, use a sterilized needle to gently poke a hole in the white center of it. (This should not hurt at all, don't worry. Just be careful to only poke the white part.) Once it has a tiny hole, you should be able to gently squeeze it all out. Then, wash your face to remove any oils and dirt that could infect it and follow with an oil-free moisturizer. A toner before the moisturizer is great, if you've got one...it'll sting for a few seconds when you go over the pimple, but it's because it contains alcohol, which kills germs.

Be sure to use a moisturizer though! People tend to think that if you've got pimples you should dry your skin out more. This will make it worse because your skin will make more oils to moisturize itself and then dirt will mix with the excess oil and clog your pores. So moisturize daily. It might take a few tries to find the right product, but don't give up. I personally like Biore's products.

Do not pop it or keep touching it. You are irritating it and will leave acne scars if you keep touching it. You need to find a beauty routine to do on your face to keep it from reappearing to your face combination. Combinations such as normal, oily, dry, sensitive, or combinations.Once you find out what type you are you can find a acne regiment what will fit you to a T. Plus drink lots of water that will keep you from break outs. Also avoid alot of iodine salt. Here a good website on acne. Good Luck Girl.

I used to get those... they are pimples, but they are this funky kind. I went to the derm about it. He got me some anti-inflamatory gel... the kind it is is: hydrocortizone... you can buy it at stores I think, but its not very strong... Well, I put it on and in the morning it is gone! Seriously! Nothing has ever worked this well for me before! I'd try meijer or something like that... Or just buy any anti-inflamitory thing... or you could just plain put zit stuff on, but for me that takes longer to get rid of them! Good luck!

unfortunately i think you'll have to wait until the white reli comes out enuf for u to pop it. In the mean time, invest in a good concealer!
