haha just kidding. Energy bars are always good- I love carbs and so that helps me workout better when I eat them...Anything high in protein too, I love peanut butter!!

veggies and some fish, peanut butter ( organic) not orianal bc it is fattening. bannans apples and oranges. then run 20 each day if you want to loose weight
