It is very easy for me to hate certain people. In fact it gets to the point where I enjoy hating them. Especially people who are arrogant. Or people who are crule to the less fortunate. Why does thoughts of people making fun of others cause such rage? When I was in the Military I overheard someone making fun of one of my friends. Without even thinking about it I hit this person. Then I was discharged from the service with a boxer's fracture. I was discharged general under honorable conditions because they said I had a Personality Disorder. My hand is still messed up to this day from what happened. I don't want to hurt anybody! But when people make fun of my family, or myself or one of my friends I can get pretty mean! I used to get picked on everyday at school (when I was in school). Until I began decking people everytime they looked at me wrong. I was also abused every way imaginable as a child. My temper seems hard for me to control.

You are taking out your anger and disgretions out on everyone because of things that you have encountered at childhood. Because of that reason you feel that you have to get back at everyone.

You have definitely devoloped this anger from your family and school relationships.. Remember that there are people out there that would love you no matter what and would help you in any way possible... my advice is to seek for those people before it is too late.. I also think you use your anger as a quick response to escape from your emotional side because you do not know how to deal with your emotions or that you've become immune to holding things in.. I can relate to you in some ways and I'm living in that kind of society that you were raised in today.. Not in school, but there is a such thing called verbal abuse..IT.. SUCKS.. Seek for help because then you'll be nourishing yourself into a better life.. It's worth the try and effort..

Get help from an anger management class or therapist! You like hating and eventually hitting people because it works for you and you apparently don't mind too much the punishment that arises from that. It will just get worse if you don't do something about it and it could result in your getting arrested or worse. The Veterans administration has anger management classes and therapists who can help you. You definitely qualify for VA care as you first got in trouble in the military. How they would handle your discharge I don't know but it was honorable. Contact the VA!

I have Bi-Polar. I also, have anger issues. Your's have stemed from a traumtic childhood. You need to find a healthy way to release your anger. Not everyone on earth is out to get you. I lost a lot of friends trying to figure that out. I did though, I write, crank up the music, whatever it takes to get back to a normal state of mind. If I need to cry, I get in the shower. No one can see me there. My husband was also in the military, so I know its hard re-adjusting to going in and coming out. If, you feel like you need to talk. Try a therapist, I had to for a while. Atleast now I know why I have so much anger and know how to control it. It's all up to you. You can be happy. You just need to find the right help. I wish you the best.
