Are there any chipsets to increase HP as well? I don't know if this model has a chip set or not.

Not much in the way of mods for non-turbo 2.2 liter engines. The Dodges don't have a chipset that can be changed, you had to change out the entire PCM. As far as I know, there were never any upgraded PCM's available for the non-turbo 4 cylinder cars.
