Have you ever heard of a seven layer dip.
Items needed are: ground beef, Mexican cheese, onion, lettuce, tomato's, green onion and re-fried beans.
First, cook your ground beef and drain. You can add your own seasoning or you can used Mexican what ever you like. Spread the ground beef into a pan. Then add onion and re-fried beans, place the Mexican cheese over the top. Add as much cheese as you want but just make sure to leave some because you will need it later. Place in a oven at 350 - 370 degrees until the cheese melt and the re-fried beans are warm. After that add your tomato's, Lettuce and Green onions. Place the remaining cheese over the top. Serve with guacamole and Sour cream. Used tortilla chips for dipping. Enjoy

I start off with a can of refried beans and add a package of taco seasoning to it. Mix well and spread into the bottom of a large pan.
Next layer on a container of guacamole dip, or if you prefer 2 to 3 large avocados pureed.
Layer on a large container of sour cream.
Add some finely chopped lettuce. About half a head is good.
Add two finely chopped large tomatoes.
Add a handful of finely chopped green onions, cut off the top inch and the roots, use the rest.
Finally, a package of shredded cheese, preferably the four cheese Mexican blend.
On mine, I then add half a can of finely chopped black olives. This layer is optional.
Refrigerate for an hour, then enjoy.
