just tell your mom and dad that you just really want a small party with a few friends 8 at the most. That you will clean up everything if she will just let you do this. tell her this is your birthday and this is what you want most of all. beg it always works good luck and happy 11th birthday hope everything works out for you.

Since your turning 11, I think your old enough to realize that your parents love you and didn't tell you no because they want to hurt you. There is a good reason I'm sure. Maybe they don't have the money or maybe they already have a surprise party planned or maybe they spent so much on your gift that now they can't afford a party. You should not beg and throw a fit to get this party I'm sure your parents feel bad enough already. As a parent I want to give my children every thing they want but sometimes this is not possible.

You never know if THEY might be throwing you a party, I mean my friend once got a surprise party when she thought she wasn't having a party. If that's not the case, talk to your parents and ask them NICELY, if you can have a few friends over and like go to the movies or something. From there, you can push it a little bit more. Best of luck and Happy Birthday!
