Totally. When they learn such an important new thing they will want to tell everyone and show everyone who will watch. It is completely normal. I hope you got very excited for him.

If he's 3 to 4 and a boy, chances are that he hasn't been potty trained long. His mother probably goes with him all the time (I did, and I have 2 boys) because they want company. For some reason, boys are a little afraid of the toilet. Guess they think they're going to get flushed! If he were older, it'd be weird, but since he's 3, he's too young to be sexually perverted!! Sometimes they need a little help getting their clothes back on, also.

He's probably just proud of himself - if it makes you uncomfortable, don't watch him (if you're a babysitter it's probably not the best thing to do anyway) but give him lots of praise. That way he'll feel good about it and be more likely to go in the potty again. I wouldn's say it's weird though

Nope.
Kids that age don't have a highly refined sense of privacy, no matter what, and they're usually really excited to show off when they're recently potty trained.
Sounds pretty normal to me.

very normal. 3 year olds love for you to watch them do EVERYTHING. it is a classic "look at me" age. they are also very proud of being potty trained. if you are around 3 year olds often you will probably find out they are really proud of whatever character underwear they are wearing and will show it to anyone!
take care! SD
